Training & onboarding videos
Turn SOPs and policies into narrated training videos
Made with SpeedPainter
Sample videos keep their original audio and subtitles.
Training & onboarding videos
Paste a standard operating procedure, an HR policy, or a customer onboarding guide. The agent turns it into a step-by-step walkthrough, draws each step, and narrates it with burned subtitles, so new hires and customers learn the process without a live session.
Good things to paste
- A standard operating procedure (SOP)
- An HR, security, or expense policy
- A new-hire checklist or first-week guide
- A customer onboarding or setup guide
- Step-by-step structure
- Procedures become one step per scene, in order, so the video is easy to follow and easy to replay at the step someone missed.
- No filming or presenter
- Illustrated scenes and one consistent narrator voice replace the camera, the presenter, and the editing session.
- Update by re-creating
- When the process changes, edit the text and create a new video in minutes instead of re-shooting.
- Accessible by default
- Burned subtitles and an SRT file help people who watch on mute or in a second language.
How it works
- 01
Paste the procedure
Drop in the SOP, policy, or guide and say who is watching, such as new hires or customers.
- 02
Confirm the plan
The agent describes the walkthrough it will create and shows the credit cost before rendering.
- 03
Add it to onboarding
Download the MP4 and SRT for your LMS, wiki, help center, or welcome email.
Questions, answered
Is this suitable for compliance training?
It works well for explaining a policy clearly. It does not track completion or quiz viewers, so pair the video with your LMS if you need records.
What should I not paste?
Your text is sent to SpeedPainter and its AI model providers to plan and narrate the video, and the finished video is published at a link. Do not paste confidential information you are not allowed to share.
Can I change one step later?
Yes. Open Modify video, select a scene, and change its narration or redraw an image. New drawings cost 1 credit each; an eligible update charges for changed narration scenes. Deleting scenes or changing titles has no update charge. Changing duration, aspect ratio, language or voice, or adding scenes, uses full pricing. Check the quote before confirming.
Can the video be in several languages?
Yes. Ask for the narration language you need; each language version is a separate video.
